Living mindfully and having a regular meditation practice provides a better perspective on all things.  It takes us out of the red zone, and helps us live with greater clarity and awareness, enabling us to discover that life offers infinitely more opportunity for enjoyment and gratitude.

True joy comes in selfless service.  These trips provide the opportunity to assist the rebuilding of schools and communities in remote parts of Nepal and they also include a 5 day trek with spectacular views of the Himalayas.

Yoga Pathways raises funds and donates a percentage of its profits to the REACH for Nepal foundation.  If you wish, you can make a donation at the desk when you attend a yoga class.  Every six dollars raised covers the cost of a child’s lunch for a month at the Hari Prasad school in western Nepal.
